Named for a longtime college administrator, the Bill Smith Ballpark is home to Drover baseball and softball and is located on the far southwest corner of campus. A part of USAO's life consistently for over 20 years, the baseball program is a constant force in the Sooner Athletic Conference, competing for the conference title year-in and year-out. USAO has also had several baseball players go on to play professionally. The Drover softball program is also a force to be reckoned with, consistently making it to Sooner Athletic Conference tournaments. In 2018, the Drover softball team won their first-ever NAIA softball national championship, and they have finished in the top three spots three times since.
