David Passage taught photography courses for the Fine Arts Department from 2008 to 2018. After receiving a college degree in English, Passage fell in love with photography while attending one of Ansel Adams’ workshops in Yosemite National Park. He assisted Adams with workshops for a few years before he decided to go back to school. He went on to earn his BFA and MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. His work has appeared in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art for more than 25 years.
