Location: West Entrance, Roaden University Center

Created by Tech alumnae Abby Ramaker and Millie Hall, the mural celebrates 100 years of the Golden Eagles, reflecting the university’s spirit and deep ties to the Upper Cumberland region. Four golden eagles honor Tech’s century-old mascot, framed by Burgess Falls, ironweed, and goldenrod—the inspiration for Tech’s purple and gold colors. The tri-star emblem, Tennessee’s outline, and musical instruments highlight the state’s heritage. This vibrant mural serves as a lasting tribute to Tech’s history, natural beauty, and the creativity that flourishes on campus.
