The Hillside Apartments are a traditional apartment style campus housing option. Hillside Phase I opened in Fall 1998, and Phase II opened in Fall 2002. Hillside houses upperclassmen students and is a great place to learn how to transition into the real world after college. The Hillside is split into two sections Lower Hillside and Upper Hillside. Each section has a Residence Director to oversee it.
The Hillside has 28 four-bedroom/two-bathroom units and 160 two person, two-bedroom/two-bathroom units. All apartments are fully furnished with the following items: sofa, chair, coffee table, and bookshelf in the living room; twin bed, dresser, desk, and chair in each bedroom. All apartments also have the following amenities: dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, washer, and dryer. In addition, each bedroom has internet hook-ups and cable provided. The living room also has cable provided. All utilities, cable service and internet service, are included in the cost. Students living in Hillside are required to have a meal plan.
The Hillside clubhouse, located between buildings 5 and 2, is open seven days a week. The front desk is located there along with the mailboxes. There is also a lounge area with couches and a TV.
