Rock Valley College is home to a robust, championship-winning athletic program, featuring 11 teams playing in the NJCAA Division II. Our student-athletes have access to top-notch coaching staff, athletic trainers and strength and conditioning coaches, as well as athletic facilities.
The Physical Education Center (PEC) gym is the home court of our basketball and volleyball teams. The bleacher seating can accommodate up to 4,300 fans. However, the loudest cheers may come at your commencement ceremony, which is held here in the PEC.
Located on the west side of the PEC, you’ll find the leading-edge Fitness Lab, a Cybex Showcase, featuring an assortment of cardiovascular and weight machines, as well as free weights. Next to the Fitness Lab is our Dance and Exercise Studio.
On the ground floor, you’ll find five “smart” classrooms (featuring the latest technology), a lecture hall, and the athletic trainer’s office.
Outside of the PEC, you’ll find our baseball and softball fields, which include turf batting cages, and our soccer field that plays host to our men's and women’s soccer teams.
