Situated approximately 10 miles north of campus, the 726-acre Todd Agricultural Research Center provides SFA agriculture students opportunities to gain valuable experience through research projects and community outreach events.
The property houses six ag-based centers that allow for intensive, hands-on research. These include the:
· Beef Center
· Broiler Research Center
· Equine Center
· Poultry Research Center
· Sheep and Goat Center
· and Swine Center.
Additionally, the property includes a 118-acre Silvopasture Demonstration Area, which was made possible through a 2020 Conservation Innovation Grant from the Natural Resources Conservation Services.
