The Dennis K. Walker Greenhouse is a favorite campus spot for Botany majors and anyone who loves an immersive, plant-filled experience. The greenhouse contains the largest botanical collection in the California State University system, with more than 1,000 species representing 187 plant families. Students studying botany, biology, wildlife, and beyond make use of the facility, and all students are encouraged to drop by during the Greenhouse’s open hours.
