With studio rehearsal spaces, advanced recording equipment, and a 200-seat recital hall, students can build their music skills in Humboldt’s Music Complex. The complex also contributes to the campus’s energy needs with a 10 kW photovoltaic solar power system that was designed and installed with help from student engineers. Humboldt’s Department of Music features a Calypso Band, jazz and symphonic bands, an orchestra, and choirs.
