This building houses the John G. Rangos, Sr., School of Health Sciences, including the school’s classrooms and learning labs for the Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Physician Assistant Studies programs. The fourth floor has the Anatomy Research and Teaching Laboratory and the School’s multimedia room. It is a fitting home for health sciences, since the building is Duquesne’s original 1922 field house. The school broke ground in Fall 2026 and awaits the construction of a new facility on Forbes Avenue next to the UPMC Cooper FIeldhouse and adjacent to the Nasuti College of Medicine, creating Duquesne's health education corridor.
