Located at the prominent city corner of Fifth Avenue and Chatham Square, the building–not to be confused with the UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse–most recently became a substation for the Duquesne University Campus Police. The upper floors house offices for computing and technology services, energy management and environmental health and safety.
