The first structure to be built on campus, Old Main once housed all of the school’s classrooms and offices as well as living quarters for students and Spiritans. With its top once the highest point in Pittsburgh, the five-story iconic structure has survived a demolition plan and fire caused by a lightning strike. Today it houses the office of admissions, financial aid and the University president’s office and remains a beloved symbol of Duquesne University.
The One Stop Student Services Center is located on the ground floor of Old Main, it brings essential student support services together housing the Office of Financial Aid and Enrollment Management Group Student Services, providing students with access to help with financial aid, billing, class registration and more.
