Artist Statement: A surrealistic journey is captured skillfully by Licet Romero, who spent several months painting this mural. Before she left to further her education at CSU Bakersfield, Licet honored our campus with this beautiful image. The work is a collaboration between the Fine Arts Department and the Art on Campus Committee. Our Talented artist designed the composition herself, perfectly capturing the nature of the marine sciences.
