Kimmell Dormitory, an exclusive coed residence for 72 students, serves as the Honors dorm, requiring a minimum GPA of 3.5 for admission. Each room has Wi-Fi, hard-wired internet, and digital cable. The building features a fully equipped laundry room in the basement, a computer lab on the 3rd floor, and designated study areas on both the 3rd and 4th floors.
