With its Golden Eagle watching over campus Derryberry Hall is an iconic structure at the university. It is the oldest structure on campus, erected in 1912 as the classroom and administration building for Dixie College, the forerunner of Tennessee Tech University. The iconic building is known for playing tunes from its carillon system and keeping time for campus and students. Inside, the Derryberry Auditorium, with a capacity of just over 800, hosts many meetings, concerts, and events. Derryberry Hall is also home to the Office of the President and the Provost. You'll also find many other central administration offices like the Business Office payable windows, Graduate Admissions, Office of Institutional Research, Graduate Studies and International Education.
