Schwob School of Music

Students from all over the world audition each year to study at the Joyce & Henry Schwob School of Music. Our world-class Saunders Center for Musical Studies, part of the city’s RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, includes the 450-seat Legacy Hall teaching and performance space and is home to the magnificent Jordan Concert Organ. The Schwob School of Music is an all-Steinway school and houses more than 70 Steinway pianos, including one of two grand pianos in Georgia manufactured at the Steinway factory in Hamburg, Germany. The school's programming is also part of the university's 300-plus public concerts and theatrical performances offered annually.
