Just in front of the Student Center is the Allan Hancock College Commons which along with the Student Center has become part of the central core of student life on campus. At the commons, students gather to eat, study, and socialize at the blue umbrellas and tables surrounding a beautiful 60 year-old jacaranda tree. Students and community members also take part in the various job fairs, graduation ceremonies, and expositions that all take place at the commons.
