Home to the Town Hall Presidential Debate in 2008 as well as the third and final Presidential Debate in 2020, Belmont University’s Curb Event Center is a 90,000 square foot sport and entertainment complex. The building offers state-of-the-art facilities for athletics, concerts, speakers, conferences, commencement ceremonies, receptions and much more. A member of the Ohio Valley Conference, the Belmont Bruins NCAA Division 1 basketball and volleyball teams play in the 5,000 seat arena, and Belmont students can attend all of the University’s home contests for free.

Immediately adjacent to the Curb Event Center is a seven-floor parking garage offering spaces for 800 vehicles, a popular spot for faculty and student commuters alike.

The Curb Event Center is also home to The Curb Café. In addition to featuring a Chick-fil-A, The Curb Café serves as a live venue that showcases the talent of Belmont students through a variety of outlets – from an ASCAP sponsored Writers' Nights to impromptu open mic nights. Located adjacent to the Curb Café, McAlister’s Deli Express offers a wide variety of deli-style sandwiches, salads and soups.

On the front side of the Curb Event Center facing Belmont Boulevard, 3,400 square feet of prime retail space has been set aside by Belmont University for students to use to develop retail or services businesses including House Of, a retail concept that supports local designers and brands, and Boulevard Record Shop featuring new/used vinyl records, live shows, and music accessories.
