The Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine at Belmont University is a 200,000-square-foot facility named after healthcare innovator Dr. Thomas F. Frist, Jr. Its centerpiece is the 50,000-square-foot Center for Interprofessional Engagement and Simulation, featuring lifelike mannequins and various clinical environments for interdisciplinary health science education. The building includes library and study spaces, event spaces and a 650-space underground garage. The Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine aims to educate diverse physician leaders with a whole-person approach to healing, emphasizing character, compassion, and competence.
