Altamirano Student Apartments offer students the independence of living in an apartment with the convenience of living on campus. Fully-furnished student apartments. Same gender by apartment with mixed gender/gender-neutral housing permitted upon agreement of all suite-mates within any unit.
Most apartments have four single bedrooms in addition to a shared living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen with appliances. A limited number of apartments with only two single bedrooms are available. The average bedroom size is 10? by 10’. Each bedroom has its own Ethernet port.
The complex has laundry facilities, a community study lounge and landscaped courtyards. DirectTV-broadcast television is available in the 2nd Floor Lounge. Residents are allowed to stay during all University breaks.
