The Health Sciences Building (HSB) is home to the School of Nursing, the WWAMI School of Medical Education, the Allied Health Medical Laboratory Science Program, the University of Washington/UAA Physician Assistant Program, and the College of Health Interprofessional Health Sciences Simulation Center. The HSB’s proximity to medical facilities is ideal, enabling the university to continue strengthening partnerships within the U-Med District and others in the healthcare industry to deliver state-of-the-art education to students and cement UAA’s role as Alaska’s health university.
