The Beatrice McDonald Hall (BMH) houses two academic departments: Anthropology and Geography. There are six supporting Anthropology labs and two supporting GES labs. There are two Anatomy & Physiology labs. In addition to the academic departments, BMH is the location of the Alaska Center for Conservation Science (ACCS) who fosters research, education, and collaboration on biological conservation and natural resource management. It also houses centrally scheduled smart classrooms and state-of- the-art conference rooms, including video conferencing capabilities.
