The meals you enjoy at Lucy's are produced and served by students of the UAA Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration program. The bakery, kitchen, and dining room are instructional laboratories. Student bakers, student chefs, and student servers are responsible for your fine dining experience from conception to execution. Our curriculum and facilities blend to support students in achieving our goal of culinary excellence. Lucy's is located in the Lucy Cuddy Hall on the UAA main campus.
