Next to the cafeteria on the ground floor of the Cowan Center, MCC's Culinary Lab is a state-of-the-art training kitchen for students. The kitchen features a space for lectures, as well as equipment such as mixers, cutting boards, stove top burners, and dual range ovens to offer students immersive hands-on learning experiences.
