The Yakima Valley Vintners tasting room, which opened in 2021 with the adjacent Larson Gallery, provides an elegant setting to experience award-winning wines crafted by YVC student winemakers. Guests can enjoy YVV wines in the indoor seating area or adjacent outdoor sculpture garden, which regularly hosts live music and other events. Students in the college's Vineyard & Winery Technology Program produce between 400-700 cases of wine every year and have garnered more than 220 awards over the last 16 vintages.
Larson Gallery presents several exhibitions annually, featuring a wide range of art created by artists from the Yakima Valley and beyond. The gallery, which offers free admission to all, meets modern standards for excellence in lighting, display and preservation of artwork. Annual exhibitions include artwork created by students and faculty in YVC's Department of Visual Art, works created by members of the Larson Gallery Guild, and the juried Central Washington Artists’ Exhibition. The gallery includes a gift shop, public restrooms, and space for visitors to place coats and backpacks.
